We spent most of 1 day at the pool, and while it was too cold to go in the pool, the atmosphere around the pool (pools, as they have multiple smaller pools around the larger pool) was very pleasant, the lounge chairs very comfortable.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the bathrooms were almost completely decked out with marble. We were happy with everything about the hotel. This is one of the best views I've had from a hotel room. I turned the chair towards the large floor to ceiling windows and spent the afternoon watching the shadow push across the valley and the lights of Vegas come up. Seems kind of odd to say that given the hotel is on the edge of town with the strip about 15 miles away, but the view was out of this world. We ended with a room on the 18th floor with a strip view. It was a bit confusing to find the registration desk, but checkin was fast and they were very helpful. Work was done by 6 however and the rest of the stay was wonderful. Jackhammering, so the noise was quite annoying. The only downside was that we got into our room about 4 in the afternoon and they were doing construction work above us for a couple of hours. My wife and I spent two nights at Red Rock Hotel a week back and loved it.
